This is my Project and I will keep it going, it started with this situation we live today-the Virus- tomorrow who knows. I think about my life before 2020 and my life after 2020, is my internal woman war(life has given more then one). Yes I am looking to work in every day for the feeling of having calm, peace, joy, happiness on times when any thing can trigger, uproar, rampage, furor, tumult, commotion, disturbance(city), anger, violence, fights, arguments, etc. (home), due to several reasons: unemployment, substance abuse, domestic violence, and today stay at home(and more is include with this one), etc. and then the fear, the unknown, the uncertainty. I am facing issues in a different way around me with each day I live in and at the same time I must find the joy in each day because today more then ever I am living life in a different way I did it before. I am present totally present of the here, today and now and I am learning to appreciate every second I have to live. I am taking one day at a time and making this day the best day of my life, not easy task at all because any day can be like hell to me and then I have my internal fight to overcame and find the center and even though not matter what at night I think this was the best day ever God and I am so, so, so thankful because I have had this day to live what I lived and I am asking for your mercy to live tomorrow…
Because today I am here, I am sharing this with you and thank you.

The Red Cross recommends the following steps to help prevent the spread of germs during this situation: coronavirus. COVID-19.
Follow recommendations of your State or City.
1-Stay home if you can.
2-Avoid any non-essential travel.
3-Avoid social gatherings of more than 10 people.
4-Practice social distancing by keeping at least 6 feet — about two arm lengths — away from others if you must go out in public. Stay connected with loved ones through video and phone calls, texts and social media.
5-Avoid close contact with people who are sick.
6-Wash your hands often with soap and water for at least 20 seconds, especially after being in a public place, or after blowing your nose, coughing or sneezing. If soap and water are not readily available, use a hand sanitize with at least 60% alcohol.
7-Avoid touching your eyes, nose and mouth with unwashed hands.
8-Clean and disinfect household surfaces daily and high-touch surfaces frequently throughout the day. High-touch surfaces include phones, remote controls, counters, tabletops, doorknobs, bathroom fixtures, toilets, desks, light switches, keyboards, tablets and bedside tables. Follow CDC guidance.
9-Cover your coughs and sneezes. Use a tissue to cover your nose and mouth, and throw used tissues in a lined trash can. If a tissue isn’t available, cough or sneeze into your elbow — not your hands. Wash your hands immediately.
10-If surfaces are dirty, clean them – use detergent or soap and water prior to disinfection.
11-Wear a facemask if you are sick. You should wear a face mask when you are around other people (e.g., sharing a room or vehicle) and before you enter a healthcare provider’s office.
12-According to the CDC, COVID-19 symptoms include fever, shortness of breath and a cough. Symptoms may appear 2-14 days after exposure. Call your doctor for medical advice if you think you have been exposed to COVID-19 and develop symptoms.
13-Stay home if you are sick, except to get medical care.
